Yes. Free includes 500 AI credits once per account: 50 at signup, then 450 after your first upload or once your account is 24 hours old. Standard includes 1,000, Premium 3,000, and Ultra 5,000 AI credits each month. These are plan allowances, not your remaining balance; check AI Credits in Settings to see what you have available.

Included AI credits let you use supported AI tools without setting up your own Gemini API key. Your plan still determines which tools you can access, and each task uses credits according to its model and usage. You can choose to use your own key instead; Google then bills that usage directly. Live music sessions still require your own key.

Paid-plan AI credits renew on the first of each calendar month in UTC, independently of your subscription billing date. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. The Free allowance is a one-time grant, not a monthly refill; returning to Free does not grant it again. Purchased AI credit packs do not expire.

You can buy more AI credits in Billing settings on the web, wait for your next monthly allowance if you have a paid plan, or use your own Gemini API key. Ordinary uploads and library browsing do not need AI credits.

Storybook is available on every plan, including Free. Each final video export has a separate 20-credit compute charge, including when you use your own Gemini key. Script, artwork, voices, and music use additional AI credits or your own key. Retrying the same export does not charge twice.

Clip Maker is available on every plan. It runs on a computer with the current 5am CLI and FFmpeg. Sign in to use available AI credits, or bring your own Gemini API key. Previews are free; each clip you download or publish costs 50 AI credits, with any key. AI calls spend credits or are billed by Google when you use your own key.

You can manage your plan from account settings or the store where you subscribed. Timing, charges, and credits depend on your billing provider and are shown before you confirm the change.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. Uploads pause until you either free up space or move to a plan with more storage. Nothing already stored is deleted.

AI credits pay for supported AI requests, such as image generation, descriptions, and workflow code generation. Workflow compute credits pay for the time a workflow runs in the cloud. Ultra includes both 5,000 AI credits and 1,000 workflow compute credits per month. One compute credit is one minute on the standard machine; machine sizes have different rates. Building and downloading a workflow is available on any paid plan and uses no cloud compute credits, but its AI requests still use AI credits or your own key. A cloud run can use both kinds of credits.

You keep them. The programs stay in your account, downloading is never gated, and a workflow you already downloaded is an ordinary Python file that runs wherever you put it. You lose the ability to start new cloud runs, and you can always cancel one that's already running.
